Around 21.3% Indians live on less than ₹120/- per day. Basic Statistics 2017 published by the Asian Development Bank throws light on major factors related to poverty in India. Based on the 2015 data, a further 21.9% of Indian population falls below the national poverty line. These people dont have access to the basic necessities and fall apart. Revoluters Foundation in 2017 with ‘Old Goods Collection Drive’ started with this initiative to support some of these people. We collect old clothes, utencils, toys, books, footwear, blankets, winter wear, summer wear or any article that can be used by some other person in need and supply it to needy via its Mega Donation Drive in November and December.
Our main aim is to ensure access to these necessities for the poorest and most marginalised people. But access is not enough. Let’s support them. You can donate your old clothes, utencils, toys, books, footwear, blankets, winter wear, summer wear, stationary products or any article that can be used by some other person in need.
